Though we do not offer direct pay with other pet insurance companies at this time, we are happy to help assist with submitting medical records for you to get reimbursed for your pet's care. As the client, you will be responsible for payment upfront -- Then, you will submit a claim to get reimbursed through your insurance. If you need any itemized receipt or medical records we are happy to email those to you and/or the Pet Insurance Company directly.
