Due to Ravalli County's spike in COVID-19 Cases we have moved back to Curbside Service ONLY for the forseeable future. Here is what we are doing at BFVC to protect our staff, you, and your pets:
- ALL staff members wear face masks at ALL times
- Staff has been divided into teams, working away from each other so that if one member tests positive it is only their team exposed and we reduce our risk of having to close.
- Curbside service with a check-in window (Please still wear your mask)
- Some staff members will be answering the phones from home, they are still happy to assist you!
- Staff are washing hands and disenfecting all shared spaces before handling your pets.
Our goal is to continue to be here, available to you and your pets during this difficullt time. Here are some things you can do when coming to BFVC to reduce our exposure and keep us open!
- Wear a face mask while interacting with our staff
- Maintain social distance of 6 feet while communicating with our staff.
- Wash your hands before bringing your pet to us.
- If you have had COVID-19 and are recovered, please still bathe your pet before bringing them in.
- If you currently have COVID-19 and have an emergency, please alert the staff, try to have a non-infected person bring the pet to us preferably bathed. We will take extra precaution reguardless. The best thing you can do is be very honest with us about your situation so we can be prepared.
- Make sure to bring your dogs on a NON-RETRACTABLE leash and all cats and small critters in carriers. As we are trading off in the parking lot we want to do this as safely as possible for your pet.
