Educational Background: Dr. Meg was born in Montana and has lived in several regions of the state. Montana’s diverse wildlife population, and her family’s collection of wonderful hunting dogs, inspired her love of animals. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry, English and Environmental Studies. After working for several years as a certified veterinary technician she went on to obtain her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State University in 2012.
Animals seen: Dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, small pocket pets (guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, etc).
Outside the hospital: Dr. Meg’s life is ruled by two very beautiful (but highly spoiled) field setters. When not at work, she can usually be found chasing her two setters down a mountain trail or through a field in search of pheasants.
